Born and reared in Eutawville, SC., Samuel received primary and secondary education from Orangeburg county public schools. He was baptized at Unity Missionary Baptist Church in his early teens. While at Unity he actively ushered until the Lord called him to deliver his initial sermon in May 2003 and be licensed as a Minister of the Gospel under Pastor Sammie T. Nelson. In 2004, Min. Middleton was then led by God to move the family from Unity Church to The Eleventh Hour Baptist Church of Holly Hill, SC. He and the family worshipped with and served this ministry until April 2006 when God said to move again. While waiting for further instructions from the Lord, Min. Middleton and his family studied at home. In March 2007, Min. Middleton, along with his wife, Jacqueline, was ordained and licensed to go out and set up God’s church. In 2009, Pastor Samuel received his Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Carolina Theological Bible Institute. He is the proud father of three children, Chantelle, Shakeia, Jordan, and four grandchildren.
